I installed the free version of the app and then upgraded to the Pro version in August 2016 (for AU$7.99). I have family sharing enabled and installed the app on my Wife's phone. Now it asks me to pay for the app again? I searched your website, and found the following: "Family sharing - The upgrade of the free version is not sharable with your family. You can do that only with the paid version." The app now also only costs AU$4.49? I am happy to pay for the app once. at the moment i feel cheated.

The Family Share on Android is only for people who have a Family Plan set up on the Google Account and you have your family gmail accounts added to that account. Then Family Share apps will be free to install on all family accounts. There is a fee to have a Google Family Account, but it gives you access to all of Google's Music as well.
I feel ripped off too. I purchased an app that would sync between windows/android/iOS only to find out two weeks later that the IOS version was only temporary and I now have to pay again.... Rip off do not purchase unless you prepared to purchase of all your devices

If this is on androud: add your andriod account to your wife-s device. BE SURE TO REMOVE ALL SYNC IMMEDIATLY to avoid overloading with mail and photos and such. Now you can add applicaitons you have bought in the appstore to your wife-s device.
