Buy Pro version instead of buy in app
I bought the Pro version from the normal app SafeInCloud, because the Pro version at Google Play Store also supports the family media library. Unfortunately I do not have access to the Pro version after the purchase. I only have access to the normal version with Pro function. So I can not use the family media library. Please reimburse the purchase price, so I can buy directly the Pro version. I can not use the Google Reimbursement because it was an In App purchase. In the app itself was not pointed out. Only in the knowledgebase stood it. Too late! E-mail to author is only answered by reference to the knowledgebase.
