Pull down to search or auto keyboard popup
Add pull to search on main page and/or a setting where it automatically pulls up the keyboard to search when first entering the app.

Also, I think I might have come up with an idea/suggestion that you too would like to see implemented.
Check it out, vote it if you like the idea, it's titled: « Sort by MOST USED (both when searching and when just opened the app) »

I would recommend to add it to already existing setting option called "Default Label", that way no need to further clutter the settings menu...
