i have the same problem.
IOS 13. privat webdav server (IIS)
The networkmount under Win10 works fine
Running into the same problem, firefox browser, it is happening more often lately on pc and laptop running windows 10. Not every login but far to much, hope this can be solved before it gets anoying.
I run into this almost daily when logging in through the Chrome extension. I enter my password get the error, close the error window and re-enter the password and it logs me in.

I confirm having the same issue on 2 different computers running Windows 10 and referring to the Chrome extension in the beta version. I actually have been experimenting this issue for quite a while now, probably like everybody else.
What seemed to have changed is the fact that now, after the error, I am asked for the PIN again. In the past, after dismissing the error screen, I would have the login option(s) for the specific website.
Same issue here on Windows 10 with the Chrome plug-in
