I think a web version is missing. With this, we could access from anywhere, including computers that are not personal.
Absolutely No need web version. It make privacy weaker and password file exposed to the server. You can just go to try lastpass.
I would prefer to keep it as is. A web version opens up a possible risk. Right now its local on only the user. Which is always best. Just backup your database.

The way Andrey has this application setup, it does not rely on infrastructure that he has to maintain. If he were to have your passwords available via a website, that would likely have to change where your passwords are stored, which would also introduce a subscription model.
Unless he is quite brilliant, I doubt we will ever see a website login under the current model.
I have voted, but I would feel safe on such a PC having two factor authentication.
