We need app for Chromebooks
The Chromebook platform is already well-accepted in the market and requires an application that can be installed and synchronized on Chromebooks

I agree. A Progressive Web App that can be used offline. I use the Android version on my Chromebook, but I much prefer progressive web apps on the Chromebook. They feel like a more seamless and connected experience. There's a service called Keeweb that does exactly this, but I'd rather use SaveInCloud, since it's where I currently have all my information stored.
You can install on some chromebooks.. I have it on my Pixelbook, but you can't auto fill (only copy & paste). You can download the chrome extension, but it will not connect to my database file on my google drive. I'm hopeful a solution comes around soon.

I thought it is possible to install android apps in Chrome OS? Could be that the SiC does not work in ChromeOS. Did you check: https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/7021273?hl=en
I don't have a Chromebook so I can't check myself.
