Error: SafeInCloud application is not running

You need to start SafeInCloud desktop app and keep it running in the background (no need to login, just running).

Make sure that your proxy settings bypass local addresses:
  1. Open  the Internet Options dialog inside Internet Explorer (or from Control Panel)
  2. Select the Connections tab
  3. Press the LAN settings button
  4. Check Bypass proxy server for local addresses (only if it is enabled)
Then type http://localhost:19756/ in your browser to check that SafeInCloud is listening on port 19756. You should see:

SafeInCloud is listening on localhost:19756

Also check that HTTP protocol is not blocked for localhost address. You can check this here:
chrome://net-internals/#hsts
